Creator Guidelines

These Creator Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all content creators ("Creators") who offer services on the Fusey platform ("Platform"). By listing packages on Fusey, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Package Listings
Accuracy
- Package titles and descriptions must accurately represent the service you will deliver.
- Do not list services you cannot or do not intend to provide.
- Pricing must be in line with the actual value delivered. Misleading pricing is prohibited.
Deliverables
- Clearly state what the Sponsor will receive (e.g., "sponsored Discord channel for 30 days", "one YouTube video mention").
- Include any requirements or conditions that may affect delivery.
- Set realistic delivery timeframes that you can consistently meet.
- Unless your Package states otherwise, you keep ownership of the content you create and grant the Sponsor a licence to use the deliverable for the agreed campaign only.
Pricing
- Package prices must be between €10.00 and €10,000.00.
- Prices should reflect the service provided. Artificially inflated or misleading pricing is not allowed.
2. Order Fulfillment
Acceptance
- Respond to new orders within 72 hours. Orders not accepted within this window are automatically declined and the Sponsor is refunded.
- Only accept orders you can fulfill within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery
- Deliver the complete service as described in your package listing.
- Submit your delivery through the Platform with the required content link and any supporting files.
- If you cannot deliver on time, communicate with the Sponsor via Platform messages. Repeatedly missing deadlines may result in account restrictions.
Quality
- Deliver work that meets the standards described in your package.
- Do not deliver placeholder, incomplete, or off-topic content.
- Delivery content must comply with the platform's content rules (see Section 4).
3. Communication
- Respond to Sponsor messages in a timely manner.
- Be professional and respectful in all communications.
- Use Platform messaging for all order-related communication. Do not direct Sponsors to off-platform channels to circumvent fees.
4. Content Rules
The following content is prohibited on Fusey, both in packages and deliveries:
- Illegal content under Dutch or EU law.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
- Content promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
- Spam, scams, or deceptive content.
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Content promoting cheating, exploits, or violations of game terms of service.
5. Social Media Accounts
- Only connect social media accounts that you own and control.
- Do not misrepresent your audience size or engagement metrics.
- If a connected account is suspended or deleted by the platform provider, update your Fusey profile accordingly.
6. Financial Obligations
- You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings from Fusey.
- You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your own VAT and tax registration and reporting obligations in your country of residence. Fusey does not provide tax advice.
- Complete Stripe's identity verification to receive payouts. Fusey cannot process payouts without completed verification.
- Approved earnings become withdrawable once the buyer's payment has settled with Stripe. Until then they show as Pending with an estimated availability date.
7. Prohibited Practices
- Off-platform payments: Do not ask Sponsors to pay outside of Fusey.
- Fake reviews: Do not create or solicit fake reviews.
- Multiple accounts: Do not create duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions.
- Self-purchasing: Do not purchase your own packages.
- Manipulation: Do not artificially inflate metrics, rankings, or analytics.
8. Disputes
- Respond to disputes promptly and provide relevant evidence.
- Cooperate with Fusey administration during the dispute resolution process.
- Accept dispute outcomes in good faith. Repeated disputes may result in account review.
9. Enforcement
Violations of these Guidelines may result in:
- A warning with details of the violation.
- Temporary suspension of your account or specific packages.
- Permanent removal from the Platform.
- Forfeiture of pending earnings in cases of fraud or severe violations.
Enforcement actions are at Fusey's discretion and will be communicated to you with an explanation.
10. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
